The Old Custom House

I greatly enjoyed the place thanks to staff and location.

All in all everything was very good, had a very enjoyable stay in a very long time.

It was really good 3 days, would definitely return.

The decor was convenient, staff was delightful, and the place was clean. Location adjacent to Padstow as well as harbour.

Everything was simply perfect. The bar area was great, I enjoyed it.

Beautiful location, an easy walk to Bintwo. The sand beach was sandy. I loved my such wonderful stay here, recommend it.

The venue was impeccably clean and the staff were AMICABLE. Everything was second to none and within 29 minutes' drive of Newquay airport. There was a very clean pool on site too.

The place was reasonably priced. Perfect location, terrific staff. Stunningly beautiful view, a lovely balcony, amazing bed, too. Delightful garden and excellent pool.

The double room was warm and cosy. Service was really welcoming, that made the hotel stunningly beautiful place.

Picturesque location, obliging staff, spacious bed. Individual room and a stylish bathroom. Super breakfast, perfect service. The attached restaurant was good with lots of meals in the menu. The pool was amazing and the garden - small. I had excellent days staying at this great city centre hotel.

I enjoyed staff and location and large bed. And it also had incredibly beautiful view. Easy check-in too. Functional hotel in busy area;))

Terrific location and staff, it was spotlessly clean here. Luxurious bathroom, really nice bed, adjoining bedroom. Individual hotel in a super area of Padstow. A very very good stay with a lovely swimming pool.

We enjoyed the prime location and the staff were courteous. Just right hotel with attentive service. The food in the restaurant was savoury and the restaurant was average.

This Old Custom House is not comparable. We had a standard king room with satellite television and ironing facilities. We really loved to have evening drinks at Ruby's Bar, based nearby.

Just a walk down to Shipwrights, where you can have lunch. Just 1 km to prideaux place. We appreciated staying at old custom house. The airport is easy to get to, it's 15 km away.

Nothing to complain about at all.

area is next to the sites like prideaux place within 5 minutes walk. chip ahoy, where you can eat, is within walking distance to the hotel. room met expectations and had fridge, a sofa and a shower. we would definitely recommend it to anyone.
